These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of vehicle repair services by Autocare Accident Repair Centre.

By authorising us to carry out repairs, you agree to be bound by these terms. These conditions are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding between Autocare Accident Repair Centre and our customers.

Estimates and Authorisation

All estimates provided by Autocare Accident Repair Centre are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Additional faults or hidden damage may be identified once work has commenced.

In such cases, we will notify you and seek approval before proceeding with any additional repairs wherever reasonably possible. No work will begin without appropriate authorisation from you or your insurer.

Pricing and Payment

Repair costs will be outlined in the estimate or agreed with your insurer. Where you are responsible for payment, settlement must be made in accordance with the agreed terms prior to vehicle release unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all outstanding balances have been paid in full, in accordance with applicable law.

Repairs and Standards

All repairs are carried out in accordance with recognised industry standards and, where available, manufacturer guidelines.

We use appropriate parts and materials suitable for the repair. While every effort is made to match paint finishes and materials accurately, minor variations may occur due to age, wear, or manufacturer differences.

Delays

Autocare Accident Repair Centre is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes delays in parts supply, insurer approvals, third-party services, or unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting completion times.

Storage and Collection

Customers will be notified when repairs are complete. Vehicles should be collected promptly following notification. We reserve the right to charge reasonable storage fees for vehicles not collected within an agreed timeframe after completion of repairs.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on repairs carried out by Autocare Accident Repair Centre, subject to the terms issued at the time of service.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from subsequent accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.

Customer Property

While vehicles are in our care, we take reasonable steps to safeguard them. However, Autocare Accident Repair Centre is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove personal items prior to repair.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Autocare Accident Repair Centre operates. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
